The Library offers a fun, unprogrammed time ONLY for White Plains teens in grades 9-12. Games, crafts, coloring, food, hanging out, video games, karaoke, virtual experiences, dancing, are all just some of the things that could be going on!; Teens must be in grades 9-12 and able to show White Plains residence.
