A chair yoga practice is open to everyone - those who have an established practice or anyone seeking to initiate one. If you don't have a yoga practice, you can begin one with this class. You'll move and also learn about the key points of yoga. It's a wonderful way to stay flexible, strong, balanced and focused.
Remember, it's a yoga practice, and not yoga perfect. Please come share your practice or begin one with Maria on Wednesdays starting September 25th - November 13th from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Registration is required.
