Ellen O’Connell, White Plains resident and retired English teacher, will moderate a discussion of the novel Sing, Unburied, Sing, by Jesmyn Ward (2017). National Book Award winner and dubbed, "One of the best books of the 21st. Century" by the NYT, this timely novel about a journey through rural Mississippi is, “an intimate portrait of three generations of a family and an epic tale of hope and struggle…the kind that makes you want to return to it.” This book is available in the Library’s physical collection and on Libby.
