Getting a Word in Edgewise: Finding Balance

In our new Getting a Word in Edgewise series, teens are invited to speak about a topic they're personally interested in.

At this session, local high school student Marina will talk about stress and stress management for teens. Topics will include identifying causes and signs of stress, as well as a variety of methods for managing stress and preventing burnout. For teens in grades 7-12. No registration is required.
