Neighborhood Conditions Coordinator Yascara Maldonado is available for one-on-one appointments with community members to help connect them to essential resources.

Topics that she can assist with include, but are not limited to:

Code enforcement information and guidance

Tenant rights information and guidance

Housing insecurity

Housing information (affordable housing programs, senior housing)

Referral to resources available in White Plains such as assistance with utilities, rent, food, etc..

Recreation programs in White Plains
