Join Librarian Barbara Wenglin via Zoom using anthology "Music Stories," ed. Wesley Stace. We will discuss films at some sessions to view before we meet.
Join White Plains Librarian Barbara Wenglin to explore compelling readings from the rich anthology, Music Stories (ed. Wesley Stace, Everyman’s Pocket Classics, 2024). These vibrant and varied works by diverse authors capture the universal – sometimes controversial -- world of music, paying tribute to one art form through another. We will also discuss related film selections at some sessions, to view before we meet.
For this session: Film Discussion - Green Book (2018 - 2 hr.)
Oscar winner: Best Picture, Best Supporting Actor, Best Screenplay
