The annual White Plains Halloween Parade and Trunk or Treat is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 4:40 PM The rain date is October 25. Contact Rec and Parks for details at 914-422-1336.

Event Details
Location: Starts at the Library Plaza (100 Martine Avenue) and ends at Court Street.
Schedule: Participants arrive in costume at the Library Plaza at 2:30 PM, and the parade begins marching at 3:00 PM.
Activities: Children can participate in a trunk-or-treat experience at the end of the route on Court Street.
Cost: This is a free community event and no registration is required.
Rain Date: October 25, 2026.
