Our community outreach staff can help you apply for a passport, including taking your picture!

The Westchester County Clerk’s Mobile Office will be visiting the White Plains Public Library to support your passport needs.

If you are interested in passport services, please go to our website westchesterclerkny.gov for guidance regarding the documents you will need to bring with you.
