Hubert Williams, holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Morgan State University
a Master’s degree in Food Studies from New York University and a Master’s degree in Library Science from Long Island University. Additionally, his research focus is on the food ways of the diaspora. He also attended culinary school at the French Culinary Institute.
He has worked as a chef for over ten years.
