High school can feel like a balancing act—classes, activities, friendships, family expectations, and the pressure to plan for the future. With so much to juggle, it’s easy for stress to creep in. This interactive workshop, led by Shinara Sunderlal, Center Director at C2 Education of Scarsdale, invites students to pause, reset, and learn practical strategies for supporting their own well-being while still striving for and achieving academic success. Together, we’ll explore simple, evidence-based tools to manage stress, build resilience, and create healthy habits that strengthen both emotional balance and performance in and out of school.
