Neighborhood Conditions Coordinator Yascara Maldonado is available for one-on-one appointments with community members to help connect them to essential resources

Topics that she can assist with include, but are not limited to:

• Code enforcement information and guidance
• Tenant rights information and guidance
• Housing insecurity
• Housing information (affordable housing programs, senior housing)
• Referral to resources available in White Plains such as assistance with utilities, rent, food, etc..
• Recreation programs in White Plains
