Sewing Hems for Beginners
Monday, July 27
6:00pm - 7:30pm
White Plains Public Library
AuditoriumIn this hands-on workshop, we focus on the most common (and high-impact) alterations. Before you go to a class, gather 2 to 3 items you actually want to fix.
Have you ever found the perfect dress or pair of trousers, only to realize they’re three inches too long or gap at the waist? This class pulls back the curtain on professional tailoring. We will move beyond the "repair" mindset and into the "transformation" mindset. You’ll learn how to analyze a garment's fit and make the precise adjustments needed to flatter your unique silhouette.
