Ask Staff For More InformationDoes your inbox, desktop, or camera roll feel like a junk drawer you're afraid to open? You're not disorganized - you're just overwhelmed. Digital clutter is invisible, but its weight is very real.
In this workshop, we'll slow down and actually understand why digital chaos builds up — and what to do about it. You'll walk away with a clear framework, a few simple strategies to start right away, and a whole lot less dread about opening your laptop.
Shannon Reilly is the founder of Simplify Space & Soul, a holistic wellness and organizing practice dedicated to helping people feel more at ease in their spaces, their schedules, and themselves. She holds certifications as a Professional Organizer (CPO®, CVPO), Neurodiversity Coach, and Productivity Specialist, and has been teaching Therapeutic Yoga for over a decade.
For more than ten years, Shannon has helped people cut through overwhelm — whether that shows up as a cluttered home, an overflowing inbox, a packed calendar, or just the feeling that life is moving too fast to catch up with. Her work is always customized, never judgmental, and rooted in the belief that small, sustainable changes make the biggest difference.
