To celebrate the Day of the Dead, families will make an altar honoring a special person already departed.

Children in grades 2-5 with their families will create an altar honoring a very special person already departed. Families will sign up for the entire series to allow time to create the altars. On the final day of the series we will have a celebration honoring the departed loved ones, and the altars will remain on display for the month of November in the Trove.
